Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us (“Counter-Notification”) with the following information:

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Upon Receipt Of A Valid Counter-Notification
- We will forward a copy of the Counter-Notification to the person who filed the original DMCA Notice.
- If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the original complainant is seeking a court order to prevent further infringement of the material, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate user accounts or any related access to our Website for users who are repeat infringers.
Good Faith Disclaimer
We are not responsible for determining the legitimacy of claims. We will attempt to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material when properly notified, but we reserve the right to restore such material if we believe the claim of infringement was in error.
